Processing & Shipping Time
All in stock tables ship within 48-72 hours. Once shipped, please allow 1-2 weeks for arrival to the installer. A representative will reach out if your selected product has a longer lead time. You’ll be provided with your tracking number once we confirm pickup by the freight carrier. Orders without white-glove installation are shipped with FREE curbside freight delivery. All freight items are fully insured. The carrier will contact you to schedule a convenient drop off time.

What is White Glove Installation?
Your product ships directly to certified billiards technicians in your area. A representative with Sawyer Twain will reach out to you to begin to coordinate the delivery and professional installation of your pool table after production has been completed and your items are ready to ship. Once shipped, please allow 1-2 weeks for arrival to the installer. Installation appointments will be made directly with your local installation company. This is subject to change during the holiday season and other busy periods.

What is Pro Installation?
If you elect to have professional installation, your item will be delivered via curbside freight. Following the delivery, an installer will come to your home to complete the setup. Upon arrival, the installers will unbox everything and ask you which room you would like your new table to be set up in. Please note, all contact information is shared while your item is in transit.
Brunswick Billiards Limited Warranty
Brunswick Billiards warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. This limited warranty applies only to the original owner and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required. All service decisions—including repair, replacement, or refund—are made solely at the discretion of Brunswick. Coverage applies only to products manufactured after January 1998 and installed or serviced by an Authorized Brunswick Dealer.
Warranty Coverage
- Billiard Tables (Indoor Only): Lifetime warranty on structure and slate. Must be installed by an Authorized Brunswick Dealer. Excludes cloth, pockets, and cushion rubber.
- Outdoor Billiard Tables: One-year warranty. Must be installed in a covered, shaded, protected environment. Exposure to rain, snow, or direct sunlight voids warranty. A UV-resistant cover must be used when not in use.
- Cushion Rubber: Covered under lifetime warranty of the billiard table structure. Installation costs are not included.
- Pockets: No warranty after installation unless proven defective prior to use. Labor not included.
- Cloth: One-year warranty on Brunswick Centennial® cloth for stain resistance. Friction marks or stains from spills left for 20+ minutes are not covered. Installation/labor not included.
- Shuffleboard Playfield: Lifetime warranty.
- Shuffleboard Cabinet: One-year warranty from date of purchase.
- Shuffleboard Lights & Scorers: 90-day warranty.
- Furniture & Putting Greens: One-year warranty.
- Table Tennis Tables & Conversion Tops: One-year warranty. Outdoor tables must be protected when not in use with a cover and placed in shaded areas.
- Centennial® & Heritage® Billiard Balls: Lifetime warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.
- Centennial® Cues: Three-year warranty from date of purchase.
- All Other Brunswick Cues: 90-day warranty.
- Air Hockey® & Foosball Tables: One-year warranty.
Service Requirements
- Installation must be performed by an Authorized Brunswick Dealer.
- Brunswick may repair, replace, or refund defective parts only—not the entire product.
- Owner is responsible for all labor, installation, removal, and re-trip charges.

Not Covered by Warranty
- Normal wear and tear
- Yellowing, chipping, or fading of billiard balls
- Damage caused by abuse, misuse, accidents, neglect, or poor maintenance
- Damage from floods, fires, or natural disasters
- Cloth, pockets, and cushion rubber unless proven defective at the time of purchase
- Products installed or serviced by anyone other than an Authorized Brunswick Dealer
- Commercial or institutional use of residential-grade tables
- Floor models, demo tables, and pre-owned products unless specified
- Minor wood variations, nicks, scratches, dents, or aesthetic flaws
- Costs exceeding the original purchase price of the product
Legal Rights & Disclaimers
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Brunswick is not responsible for special, incidental, or consequential damages. No oral or written statement by a Brunswick employee, dealer, or agent can modify this warranty. No action arising from warranty issues may be brought more than one year after the cause of action has accrued.
International Customers
EEA (European Economic Area): Legal rights under local law regarding the sale of consumer goods are not affected by this warranty.
Australia: Goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any foreseeable loss.
