Every game table purchased through Sawyer Twain requires professional white-glove installation by a certified billiard team. This service is included with select products. For other products, installation is priced separately based on the table, destination, and required services. Applicable charges and installation details are confirmed before fulfillment.
We coordinate the shipping and professional setup process so your table is properly received, assembled, placed, leveled, and prepared for play. These are substantial pieces built for years of use, not leave-it-at-the-door purchases. Trust us, you will appreciate the difference once everything is properly installed and ready for the first game.
Standard shipping is included on eligible orders within the contiguous United States unless otherwise stated on the product page. Freight shipments are professionally coordinated and insured while in transit, with tracking and delivery information provided as the order moves forward.
Risk-Free Buying, Clearly Explained
Buying a game table is a significant decision, so we work to remove the guesswork before, during, and after the purchase. At Sawyer Twain, risk-free buying means informed product guidance, clear fulfillment expectations, insured freight, professional installation coordination, and a defined return process for eligible products.
Eligible items may be returned within 10 days of delivery with prior authorization. To request a return, email support@sawyertwain.com with your name, order number, and reason for the return.
Customers are responsible for costs associated with an authorized return, including return shipping, original outbound freight charges, installation expenses, and a 15% restocking fee. Returned products must be new, unused, in their original packaging, and include all original materials.
