Processing & Shipping Time
All in stock tables ship within 48-72 hours. Once shipped, please allow 1-2 weeks for arrival to the installer. A representative will reach out if your selected product has a longer lead time. You’ll be provided with your tracking number once we confirm pickup by the freight carrier. Orders without white-glove installation are shipped with FREE curbside freight delivery. All freight items are fully insured. The carrier will contact you to schedule a convenient drop off time.

What is White Glove Installation?
Your product ships directly to certified billiards technicians in your area. A representative with Sawyer Twain will reach out to you to begin to coordinate the delivery and professional installation of your pool table after production has been completed and your items are ready to ship. Once shipped, please allow 1-2 weeks for arrival to the installer. Installation appointments will be made directly with your local installation company. This is subject to change during the holiday season and other busy periods.

What is Pro Installation?
If you elect to have professional installation, your item will be delivered via curbside freight. Following the delivery, an installer will come to your home to complete the setup. Upon arrival, the installers will unbox everything and ask you which room you would like your new table to be set up in. Please note, all contact information is shared while your item is in transit.
This lifetime warranty is issued to the initial purchaser (owner) from DOC & HOLLIDAY, or an authorized agent or dealer.
This lifetime warranty is void if not installed and serviced by DOC & HOLLIDAY, or its authorized dealer or agent. Any claim of this lifetime warranty must be made through DOC & HOLLIDAY, or its authorized dealer or agent.
Parts returned hereunder will be shipped by conventional surface freight to DOC & HOLLIDAY via prepaid freight. If the parts are determined by DOC & HOLLIDAY, in its sole discretion, to be defective, DOC & HOLLIDAY will repair or replace and return the parts prepaid by conventional surface freight carrier. The cost of shipping (as provided herein) of original purchase, the shipping cost and labor costs shall be the sole responsibility of the owner.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. DOC & HOLLIDAY neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for DOC & HOLLIDAY any obligation or liability in connection with our products. This lifetime warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, alteration, abuse, misuse, fire, flood, earthquake or any natural calamity.
