All in stock tables ship within 48-72 hours. Once shipped, please allow 1-2 weeks for arrival to the installer. A representative will reach out if your selected product has a longer lead time. You’ll be provided with your tracking number once we confirm pickup by the freight carrier. Orders without white-glove installation are shipped with FREE curbside freight delivery. All freight items are fully insured. The carrier will contact you to schedule a convenient drop off time.

What is White Glove Installation?
Your product ships directly to certified billiards technicians in your area. A representative with Sawyer Twain will reach out to you to begin to coordinate the delivery and professional installation of your pool table after production has been completed and your items are ready to ship. Once shipped, please allow 1-2 weeks for arrival to the installer. Installation appointments will be made directly with your local installation company. This is subject to change during the holiday season and other busy periods.

What is Pro Installation?
If you elect to have professional installation, your item will be delivered via curbside freight. Following the delivery, an installer will come to your home to complete the setup. Upon arrival, the installers will unbox everything and ask you which room you would like your new table to be set up in. Please note, all contact information is shared while your item is in transit.
All American Heritage Billiard pool tables are guaranteed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects and craftsmanship from the date of purchase of the original owner. Cloth’s not included with purchase. Purchase your choice of cloth style and color separately.
Variations in wood materials are to be expected. Organic variations in grain, color, and texture are naturally occurring properties of wood and do not qualify for a warranty claim. components of your game room furniture to be free of manufacturer defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase of the original owner.
American Heritage Billiards uses its sole discretion, will either repair or replace the part(s) proven to be defective. Warranty does not include re-leveling of the table after a successful initial installation. Warranty does include any additional fees incurred to have defective parts replaced.
