Risk-Free Buying
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; however, if your item is not the right fit, you may request a return within 10 days of delivery by emailing support@sawyertwain.com with your name, order number, and reason for return. All returns require prior authorization.
Customers are responsible for all costs associated with the return, including return shipping, original outbound freight charges, installation, and a 15% restocking fee. Returned items must be in new, unused condition, in their original packaging, and with all original materials included. Custom-made, handmade, and Made in the USA items are final sale and non-returnable.
